Feta Baked Pitas and Eggs

In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, grapes, jalapeño, parsley, onion, and beans and stir to combine. Flake the tuna into the bowl. Add the lime juice, oil, salt, and pepper and stir to combine. Divide evenly among the chard leaves. Roll up and eat.

Cut the cucumber into small pieces and put into a medium bowl.

Quarter the grapes and add to the bowl.

Quarter the jalapeño lengthwise and cut out the seeds (if you don't want too much spice), then thinly slice. Add to the bowl.

Chop the parsley and add to the bowl.

Chop the onion and add to the bowl.

Add the beans and stir everything together to combine. Flake the tuna into the bowl.
