Sesame Broiled Pitas

Cut the baguette half in half lengthwise. Then cut it crosswise into 8 pieces total.
Drizzle each piece with oil.
Either heat your grill to medium-high or your broiler to high (with the rack about 4 inches from the top).
Grill the bread (cut side down) for 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown. Or broil the bread (cut side up) for 1 to 2 minutes, until golden brown.
Dividing evenly, spread each piece of bread with the ricotta then top with the plums. Drizzle with honey.
