Papaya Boats

Ingredients
- 2 papayas
- 6-ounce package fresh raspberries
- 6-ounce package fresh blueberries
- 2 kiwis, cut into small pieces
- 1 clementine, peeled and sections separated
- 1/2 pomegranate (seeds)
- 4 pitted dates, sliced
- 1 lime, quartered
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup toasted shredded coconut
Instructions
Cut the papayas lengthwise in half. Scoop out the seeds and discard. Dividing evenly, fill with the raspberries, blueberries, kiwi pieces, clementine sections, pomegranate seeds, and sliced dates. Squeeze lime over each boat and sprinkle with the macadamia nuts and coconut.
