Blueberry Almond Smoothie (with spinach!)

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 2 tablespoons coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons plain, Greek or coconut yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons spinach puree or 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more coconut water if the consistency is too thick.
