  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup chopped dried banana
  • ¼ cup chopped dried papaya
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice

In a storage container/jar with lid, combine the chia, coconut, walnuts, banana, papaya, hemp seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, allspice, and salt. Shake to mix together. Store in a cool, dry place until ready to use.

For 1 serving, in a small bowl, stir together ¼ of the chia mix with ⅓ cup coconut milk (or liquid of choice, such as water, almond milk, etc. ). Let stand 12 to 15 minutes, until the chia seeds soften (give a a couple of stirs about half way through). Add a little more liquid if it’s too thick.
