Turmeric Iced Coffee with Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup hot coffee
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 small scoop chocolate chip ice cream (vegan, if you like)
Instructions

​Pour the coffee into a glass. Add the cocoa powder and turmeric and stir until dissolved. Stir in the coconut milk. Add lots of ice. Top with a little ice cream.
