A few things to do ahead of time: Slice the banana, put it into a ziptop bag, and freeze. Put your can of coconut milk in the refrigerator.
Use an electric mixer to beat the cold coconut milk until creamy (you can also just blend up the whole can and save what you don’t use - in the fridge- for your coffee).
Put the frozen banana into a blender. Add the avocado, cacao powder, cinnamon, chipotle, and salt. Add 6 tablespoons of the whipped coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a cup and top with some of the remaining whipped coconut milk.
